Through the contact form on this site we collect the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company and the text of the message you send. To protect the form from automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address, the User-Agent header and some technical characteristics of your browser. Turnstile does not set cookies and is not used to profile you.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: responding to contact requests submitted through the form on this website and managing the booking of the free consultation call.
Processing is based on the consent of the data subject (art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), given when the contact form is submitted. For communications strictly related to the requested service, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller. Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) is also the basis for protecting the form from automated submissions through Cloudflare Turnstile.
Personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact with the data subject. After this period, data is securely deleted.
Data is disclosed to the following processors, appointed under art. 28 GDPR: Amazon Web Services (eu-central-1 region, Frankfurt), for website hosting and email delivery; Cloudflare, Inc., for the Turnstile service that protects the contact form from automated submissions. Cloudflare is based in the United States: the transfer relies on its EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification and on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. If you consent to analytics and advertising cookies, browsing data is also processed by Google Ireland Limited. We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it for purposes other than those stated.
