How it works — no magic, just engineering

We load your standards (PDFs, scans, Excel annexes) into a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system. When you ask a question, the chatbot retrieves the relevant passages from the loaded documents and formulates the answer citing paragraph, article or table. No invented answers: if the information is not in the loaded standards, the chatbot says so explicitly.

Standards stay on your systems: no data leaves, no training on third-party data. We update the index when a new revision is published. Every query is tracked: you know who asked what, when, and what answer they received. Granular permissions: those with access to restricted standards see them, others only the public ones.

Frequently asked questions

How many standards do we need to start with?

Even from a dozen documents the value is already clear, because it removes the effort of navigating long PDFs. From 50-100 documents upwards the chatbot becomes the first point of consultation for the team. There is no minimum: we start from the most consulted documents and expand in phases.

Can we also load our internal technical documents?

Yes. In addition to public standards (CEI, UNI, EN) you can index supplier datasheets, internal specifications, lessons learned, installation manuals. The chatbot answers keeping clear what comes from a public standard and what from your documentation.

What happens when a new revision of a standard is published?

We update the index and the chatbot starts citing the new revision. If useful, it can also automatically flag which projects might be impacted by the change — handy for conformity reviews.

Standards are copyrighted. Do you handle licensing?

Standards remain licensed to you or your firm: we do not resell or distribute them. Technically, the chatbot indexes and queries them on your systems (or a dedicated private cloud), respecting the terms of your subscription with the standards bodies.

How long until it's operational?

For a first core set of documents (10-30 key standards) we are looking at 3-5 weeks from kick-off, with weekly demos. Expansion to broader archives and advanced features (conformity checks, revision alerts) happens in later phases.
