We start by understanding your real processes, where time is lost, where AI can actually deliver value. Often the first step is not AI — it is digitizing a process still running on Excel.
A report with: 1) mapping of current processes, 2) AI opportunities ranked by impact and feasibility, 3) cost and time estimates for each option, 4) concrete recommendations on the first steps. You decide whether to proceed with us, another vendor, or not proceed at all. The report stays yours.
You will not hear acronyms or hype in our calls. We say 'AI reads documents', 'AI drafts replies', 'AI checks quotes'. Leadership, department heads, and the people who will actually use the system must understand what they are buying. If they do not, it means we did not explain it well.
Consumer ChatGPT is useful for personal experiments. Serious enterprise use needs data permissions, traceability, human approvals, integration with your systems. We only work on the second category. If you are looking for 'someone to run ChatGPT in the company', it is not us.
